We are looking for a skilled, professional Handyman/Craftsman to join our team. In this role, you will focus entirely on your craft. We handle the scheduling, customer service, and billing so you can spend your time doing high-quality work for appreciative homeowners.

On a day-to-day basis, you will travel to residential and light commercial jobsites to complete a variety of small-to-medium home repairs and improvements. You will walk the customer through the project, explain your process, complete the work safely, and clean up the work area when you are finished. You will also use our mobile app to document your progress and log your hours.

Over time, success in this role means building trust within our local community. You will become the go-to expert our clients ask for by name. You will help us maintain our reputation for reliability, quality, and respectful service by consistently completing projects on time and to the customer's satisfaction.

• Perform a wide range of home maintenance and repairs, including light carpentry, drywall patching, door and window adjustments, trim work, and basic tiling.
• Complete minor plumbing and electrical tasks, such as replacing a faucet, installing a ceiling fan, or updating light fixtures.
• Evaluate projects on-site, discuss options with the customer, and adjust the scope of work if unexpected issues arise.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at every job site.
• Use our digital platform to view your daily schedule, track job details, and upload photos of completed work.

• At least 5 years of paid experience in home maintenance, remodeling, carpentry, or a related trade.
• Your own standard set of hand and power tools appropriate for general home repairs.
• A valid driver's license and a reliable, active work vehicle (truck, van, or large SUV) to transport yourself and your tools to job sites.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical repairs to customers in plain, friendly language.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently without direct supervision.

• Experience in specialized trades like finish carpentry, custom tiling, or drywall texture matching.
• Comfort using smartphones or tablets for scheduling and job documentation.
• Prior experience working in residential service or customer-facing home improvement roles.

• Steady, year-round work with a consistent Monday-through-Friday schedule.
• W-2 employment status, meaning regular paychecks with tax withholding and legal protections.
