As a Full Stack Developer for Joe Gibbs Racing, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining the applications our teams rely on to manage engineering and race operations data. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of development experience, with strong skills across the Microsoft stack (C#/.NET, SQL Server) and modern web development (Blazor, JavaScript, REST APIs), plus hands-on experience deploying and supporting applications in AWS.
A self-starter who is curious by nature, comfortable troubleshooting unfamiliar problems, and able to independently produce high-quality results in a fast-paced environment is necessary.

Reportingto Software Development Group Typical Responsibilities:
- Support the full development lifecycle – design, code, test, and deploy – by working independently or in a small team to enhance existing applications and build new ones
- Design SQL Server table schemas, write and maintain stored procedures, and build data migration scripts
- Develop desktop and web applications using C#, .NET, and Blazor/ASP.NET, applying strong knowledge of classes and interfaces
- Build and consume REST APIs, including implementing authentication and authorization
- Develop responsive front-end interfaces using CSS, Bootstrap, and Java Script
- Deploy and support applications on AWS, including S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and EC2
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and manage source control using Git
- Interact with engineers and other project stakeholders to participate in application/feature design and requirements gathering
- Work with the group manager and other developers to estimate and prioritize backlog items
- Participate in the creation and maintenance of development, testing, and deployment environments
- Research, explore, and bring new technologies into the development team
Skills:
- BS in Computer Science or related field
- At least 3 years’ experience in a software development role
- Strong experience with C#/.NET, including a solid understanding of classes and interfaces
- Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server – schema design, stored procedures, and data migration scripts
- Experience with Python
- Experience with web development using Blazor/ASP.NET, CSS/Bootstrap, and Java Script
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and authentication methods
- Experience with AWS services such as S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and EC2
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git version control
- Experience with Win Forms application development
- Desire to work in a collaborative, demanding, and fast-paced development environment
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Self-starter who is curious by nature
- High concern for quality and pride in individual work
- Job location is in Huntersville, NC; full-time, on-site work is required
- No significant travel required
