- Test, Rod & Rope of existing duct networks
- Identifying blockages / civils works
- Proving duct integrity ahead of cabling
- Accurate completion of job packs and reporting via client systems
- Valid NRSWA (Units 1–9 as applicable)
- SA002 (Safety Around Underground Structures)
- Confined Spaces (Medium/High Risk as required)
- Experience working on Openreach PIA & UG network
- Installation of fibre via underground duct and overhead networks
- Sub-duct installation and cable pulling
- PIA works (using Openreach infrastructure)
- Compliance with Openreach build standards and quality requirements
- NRSWA accreditation

- MEWP certification (for overhead works)
- First Aid at Work
- Experience in Openreach UG & OH network delivery
- Joint closures, CBT installation, node and aggregation splicing
