The Wound/Skin Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for coordinating activities for outpatients and serves as a resource for inpatients. The LPN will deliver care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation while effectively interacting with patients, significant others, and healthcare team members to maintain the standards of professional nursing.
* $3,750 Sign-On/Retention Bonus for Qualified Candidates
* QUALIFICATIONS
* Current Pennsylvania Practical Nursing licensure or temporary practice permit required
* Two years of LPN experience preferred
* Healthcare Provider CPR certification required within 6 months of start date
