Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Acute Care

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will support the physician or mid-level provider with assisting in development, implementation and evaluation of patient care. He/she will be required to coordinate the care with other services or outside health care providers. The LPN will serve as a liaison between the physician, the mid-level provider, and all other health care providers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Current Practical Nursing License in the state of Pennsylvania required
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association within the first year of hire required
