Adelphoi is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Foster Care Case Manager to join our foster care program in Huntingdon, PA. As part of a team with over 30 years of combined experience, you'll provide essential support to youth and families, helping them grow in resilience and create a brighter future.
For over 50 years, Adelphoi has partnered with local agencies and the juvenile justice system to deliver outcome-based services that empower at-risk youth. Headquartered in Latrobe, PA, our team of more than 700 professionals provides residential, community, and educational services to youth in need.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide ongoing support to youth and foster families through regular home visits
- Develop individualized service plans to inspire emotional, intellectual, and social growth
- Respond to crisis situations and provide immediate assistance when needed
- Maintain accurate records in our Electronic Health Record system
- Plan and attend recruitment events, presenting to community groups and organizations
- Conduct family interviews and complete home studies for foster and kinship families

- Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Services field or 2 years of extensive experience in the Child Welfare field
- Valid driver's license and car insurance
- FBI, Act 33, and 34 clearances (agency assistance provided)
