Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join a dynamic manufacturing organization. This is a great opportunity for a hands‑on accounting professional with strong Net Suite ERP expertise and a deep understanding of manufacturing cost and inventory accounting
.

• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and oversee complex journal entries, reconciliations, and close processes
• Prepare financial statements, variance analysis, and management reports
• Support internal and external audits and mentor accounting staff

• Oversee accounting for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
• Lead cycle counts and physical inventory processes, including variance analysis and adjustments
• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure accurate inventory and cost reporting

• Serve as Net Suite Co-Administrator managing configuration, workflows, reporting, and system integrity
• Lead ERP implementations, upgrades, testing (UAT), and user training
• Drive system improvements to support manufacturing and financial operations

• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain
• Strengthen inventory controls, reporting accuracy, and ERP‑enabled processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 7+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment required
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge, including cost and inventory accounting
• Required:
  Net Suite administration or power‑user experience
• ERP implementation, configuration, and testing experience highly preferred
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
