What You'll Do
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Supervisor, Office Administration & Workplace to support our Sr. Manager, Executive Administration & Workplace Experience and oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in creating a smooth and professional workplace experience.
The position plays a critical role in supporting administrative operations, workplace management, and strategic coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a blend of administrative tasks, executive support, and workplace oversight, ensuring both people and processes run efficiently to maintain a productive and professional office environment.
Responsibilities
How You'll Contribute
Workplace
* Serve as a lead point of contact for team members regarding workplace-related needs and requests.
* Supervise day-to-day workplace operations, including maintenance, cleaning, and repairs. Manages workplace facilities and vendor relationships by coordinating maintenance requests, supervising cleaning crews, and external service providers to maintain high standards of safety and functionality. Monitors office equipment, furniture, and supplies.
* Team member experience and culture:
Collaborates with People Team and Culture Club to coordinate internal events, office perks, or wellness initiatives that enhance the overall workplace experience.
* Oversee office onboarding of new team members by preparing work spaces and coordinating access.
* Lead coordination of office moves, renovations, and expansions.
* Implement and administer workplace policies and procedures.
* Coordinates workplace health and safety initiatives and emergency preparedness plans, ensuring the office remains compliant and that all team members are trained on safety protocols.
Office Administration
* Provide administrative support, including calendar management for select executive leadership team members.
* Review and approve invoices and purchase orders related to job duties.
* Act as a liaison between departments and the Office Administration team.
* Provide reception desk coverage occasionally and as needed.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring
* 5+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Administrator.
* Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple priorities.
* Proven experience in administrative support and office coordination.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Experience with expense reporting and scheduling tools (e.g., Workday).
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Professional demeanor and discretion in handling confidential information.
* Familiarity with facilities management and vendor coordination.
* Customer service-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
Salary Range
USD $Dollar - $75, /Yr plus bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.
This salary range reflects the anticipated compensation for this role. Final salary within the range will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, relevant experience, and other job-related qualifications.

This role follows a hybrid schedule. You'll join us at our Restaurant Support Center in Huntington Beach Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
Pay Range
USD $75,000.00 - USD $85,000.00 /Yr.
