Business Development Manager

PSI is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team in Huntington Beach, CA. This onsite position is crucial for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and driving growth within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to developing new client partnerships. As the Business Development Manager, you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to devise strategies that expand our market presence and enhance our financial performance.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for expansion.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling proposals and presentations.
• Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and results.
• Attend networking events and conferences to represent PSI and build connections.
• Track industry trends and competitors to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships effectively.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
