Overview
The eCommerce Manager is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth and market share across all sales channels in a multinational consumer goods organization. Based at our US headquarters in Huntington Beach, CA, this role leads the planning and execution of integrated sales strategies across retail, e-commerce, marketplaces, wholesale, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of global consumer markets, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making to ensure a seamless and consistent brand experience worldwide.
Key ResponsibilitiesOmnichannel Strategy & Global Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive omnichannel sales strategy aligned with regional business objectives
- Ensure consistency in pricing architecture, promotions, assortment, and brand positioning across all channels and markets
- Partner with regional and international teams to adapt strategies to local market needs while maintaining global standards
Sales Performance & Revenue Growth
- Own omnichannel sales targets, forecasts, and KPIs
- Drive topline growth and margin optimization through channel mix, pricing, and promotional effectiveness
- Analyze performance trends and consumer insights to inform strategic planning and execution
- Identify and launch new marketplace and distributor channels
Key Account & Partner Management
- Manage relationships with strategic retail partners, distributors, and ecommerce platforms
- Lead commercial negotiations, joint business planning, and longterm partnership development
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to improve sellthrough and digital execution
Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Demand Planning, and Operations teams at headquarters and across regions
- Align inventory, demand forecasting, and fulfillment strategies to support omnichannel availability
- Partner with marketing teams on product launches, campaigns, and omnichannel activations
E-commerce & Digital Channel Leadership
- Oversee performance of owned ecommerce platforms and third party marketplaces
- Optimize digital shelf presence, content standards, conversion rates, and consumer experience
- Monitor emerging ecommerce technologies, platforms, and omnichannel best practices
- Develop and maintain omnichannel reporting dashboards and executive level performance summaries
- Use data and insights to drive continuous improvement and strategic recommendations
- Present regular performance updates to senior leadership
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 35 years of progressive sales experience in consumer goods, preferably within a multinational organization
- Demonstrated experience managing omnichannel sales across retail and ecommerce environments
Skills & Competencies
- Strong strategic, commercial, and analytical capabilities
- Proven ability to manage complex, multimarket sales environments
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with CRM, ERP, and sales analytics platforms
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, onsite, headquarters environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with global retail partners and international distributors
- Background in DTC, distributor, and marketplace business models
- Familiarity with category management, trade marketing, and global pricing strategies
- This position is onsite at Huntington Beach, CA headquarters
- Occasional domestic and international travel may be required
- Authorization to work in the United States is required
