Join Our Awesome Team at GOALS as a Youth Program Coordinator/Coach!
Are you ready to make a difference while having a blast at work? We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Youth Program Coordinator/Coach for our after-school programs to join our vibrant team at GOALS.
GOALS operates a number of after-school programs throughout OC. We are currently seeking staff for our school sites in Huntington Beach.

- Lead Sport and Enrichment
Activities:
Use your leadership skills to facilitate the planned sports and enrichment activities of the day. - Tutoring & Mentoring: Assist students on their daily homework assignments as well as guide them to make smart choices.
- Program Set-Up & Clean-Up: Work with the program coordinators to prepare the materials and sports equipment for daily programming.
- Develop
Activities:
Use your skills, interests, and knowledge to assist in developing new activities and curriculum for the program.
- Experience (Ideal): Working with youth, Sports Experience
- Personality: A positive attitude, sense of humor, and INITIATIVE.
- Education: Minimum of 48 college units in any major PREFERRED
