Mach's Fall 2026 Engineering Internship is open for future engineers and builders who want to work with us.

• Autonomous systems – guidance, control, and navigation software for unmanned platforms
• Embedded firmware and real‑time software for flight and drive systems
• Mechanical and structural design, manufacturing, and test of hardware components
• Propulsion, energetics, or systems integration for new defense platforms
• Tools, infrastructure, and simulations that accelerate engineering velocity

• Enrollment in a BS, MS, or PhD program in mechanical, aerospace, electrical, computer science, or a related engineering discipline
• Intellectual curiosity and the drive to own problems end‑to‑end
• Genuine interest in defense technology, national security, or the future of autonomous systems

This position may require access to information protected under U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Any offer for employment may be conditioned on authorization to receive software or technology controlled under these laws without sponsorship for an export license.

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offers may vary. Equity grants are typically included. Mach provides health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional development.
