Position Overview
The Client Finance Coordinator plays a vital role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly. This position supports revenue integrity by managing client billing, insurance inquiries, and collections with accuracy, professionalism, and empathy. Through consistent outbound outreach, performance tracking, and collaboration with leadership, this role directly contributes to ensuring compliance, enhancing efficiency, and promoting organizational success.

Key Responsibilities- Communicate with clients and financially responsible parties to collect treatment fees and deductibles
- Submit assigned invoices using performance tracking software
- Monitor, collect, and document rent and invoice payments
- Oversee insurance inquiries and coordinate with third-party billing partners
- Participate in monthly performance meetings with the CEO and CFO
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and confidentiality guidelines
- Dependability:

On-site, Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:00 PM ⏰ - Quality & Accuracy:

- Strong communication skills with clients and billing partners
- Consistent performance in call volume and invoice submission
- Ability to manage collections and insurance processes efficiently
- Comfortable participating in performance reviews and goal-setting discussions
- Solid understanding of compliance and regulatory standards
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle/finance
- Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations
- Strong computer and office management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Quiet administrative office setting
- Primarily seated work; occasional lifting up to 25 lbs
