• Reporting to the Director of Expense FP&A, you will be a trusted member of the FP&A team of a high-energy, rapidly growing company.
• As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with leadership teams to oversee expense management and forecasting.
• Your role is critical to driving financial decisions that impact the company's growth and operational efficiency.
• Your insights will support strategic initiatives and improve financial outcomes across the organization.
• This role requires a proactive approach to financial analysis, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to drive process improvements.

• Act as a strategic partner to leadership teams, providing financial insights and recommendations to drive business decisions.
• Manage monthly and quarterly expense forecasting, annual planning, and long-range financial projections for assigned business units.
• Develop and maintain key financial metrics and reports to track performance and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
• Provide analytical support to business partners, helping to uncover areas of opportunity and influence strategic direction.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting and forecasting capabilities, ensuring scalability and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad-hoc projects and analyses, adding value through financial expertise.

• Experience in FP&A business partnerships with senior leaders, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively across various business functions and leadership levels.
• Comfortable making data-driven recommendations amidst ambiguity and business assumptions.
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet strict deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Proven track record of translating complex datasets into actionable insights.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills, with a mastery of Excel.

• Experience in financial analysis within a SaaS-based business
• Proficiency with cloud forecasting tools like Anaplan
• Advanced degree or MBA degree
