Principal Dev Ops Consultant – Modern Development & App Services
Info Magnus is seeking a senior-level Principal Dev Ops Consultant to help enterprise customers modernize software delivery using Git Hub Enterprise, Git Hub Actions, Git Hub Advanced Security (GHAS), Copilot, and secure SDLC practices.
This is not a traditional infrastructure Dev Ops role. We’re looking for a hands‑on technical leader with deep Git Hub Enterprise expertise who can operate as a trusted advisor, solve ambiguous modernization challenges, and guide customers through platform transformation initiatives.
What You’ll Do- Lead Git Hub Enterprise modernization and governance engagements
- Design and implement Git Hub Actions CI/CD strategies
- Advise customers on secure SDLC and GHAS enablement
- Support enterprise SCM and CI/CD migrations
- Improve developer workflows and platform standards
- Deliver workshops, enablement sessions, and technical guidance
- Build reusable delivery assets and modernization frameworks
- Partner with engineering leaders, security teams, and executives
- Deep hands‑on experience with Git Hub Enterprise Cloud, EMU, or GHES
- Git Hub Actions and CI/CD modernization
- Git Hub governance, permissions, and platform hardening
- Enterprise migration strategy and execution
- Secure SDLC / GHAS implementation
- Consulting and customer‑facing delivery
- Structured problem solving under ambiguity
- Executive and engineering communication
- Stakeholder alignment and technical decision‑making
- Ability to challenge assumptions professionally
- Workshop facilitation, mentoring, and enablement
- Git Hub Copilot enterprise adoption
- Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops, Terraform, Kubernetes, Sonar Qube, JFrog, Octopus Deploy
- Cloud platforms and regulated enterprise environments
This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical credibility with consulting maturity and enjoys helping customers modernize engineering practices at scale.
