Principal, Business Intelligence Developer

** ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
** Coordinate project tasks and ensure accurate estimates are provided for completion of business solutions. Create and compile technical documentation including unit, integration, acceptance test plans, support documentation, and end user documentation for delivered solutions and other tasks.
** TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
** Demonstrates strong technical skills in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
Able to grasp requirements quickly and anticipate potential future requirements.

Strong business process knowledge across Finance & Sales functional areas, with the ability to provide context to requirements.

Excellent communication skills, oral and written including the ability to conduct formal and informal presentations and workshops with the ability to communicate across all levels of the business.

Advanced working knowledge of SAP BI data modeling, data staging, data extraction, and logical/physical database design.

Problem-solving skills related to SAP BW, SAP HANA, SAP Business Objects and Analysis for Office.

Intermediate level working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI.Advanced working knowledge of data cleansing, aggregating, transforming, and validating data to ensure accuracy and  knowledge of an SDLC process and ability to develop sound project plans. Working knowledge of SAP ABAP and researching OSS, service packs, BW versions & plug-in information.

Thorough working knowledge of upgrade processes and all aspects of related system testing.
** EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
** work experience Minimum 10 years of SAP BI implementation experience with at least 3 years of hands-on SAC experience.
