Warehouse Supervisor - Inbound

PCE, a live events production company, is seeking a dependable and motivated

Warehouse Supervisor for our Orange County warehouse location. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in hands-on work, wants to grow within a warehouse-focused operations role, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Normal business hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 am-6:00 pm. Hours for this role include evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Oversee warehouse logistics in coordination with operations and sales team.
• Prep, deprep, and maintain rental equipment using ERP software.
• Load/unload trucks and occasionally drive a 24’ box truck (driving test required).
• Motivate and engage the team, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging collaboration and productivity.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shop environment, enforcing safety protocols.
• Assign and monitor labor and tasks to ensure timely as well as accurate completion of shop operations.
• Assist with inventory control, repairs, and logistics coordination.
• Support missing/lost/damaged gear processes.
• Facilitate the repair of broken equipment and identify items needing more in-depth repairs.

• Experience in live event production required (warehouse or operations preferred).
• Previous experience supervising or mentoring team members is a plus.
• Valid California's driver’s license with clean record; box truck driving experience required.
• Trailering experience is a plus, willingness to learn is required.
• Able to lift 75 lbs. and work flexible hours, including nights/weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship.
• Basic computer skills; MS Office and FLEX experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and time management.
• Long-term interest in operations-based career growth.
• Must have good vision, especially depth perception.
