Get Air Team Leads promote safety and cleanliness in the park, strive to meet sales goals, and host parties on a day-to-day basis. Team Leads support the Assistant Manager and General Manager in reaching operational goals and overseeing shifts. We’re looking for someone who can provide great customer service, is self-motivated and self-disciplined, has some supervisory or leadership experience, and is excited to work with a great team.

Employees have many opportunities to earn tips, bonuses and commissions on top of their regular wages, making earning potential limitless. The base hourly rate is $18.25/hr and can earn up to $22 with tips and commissions. We offer on-the-job training with many opportunities for growth within the park and the company.
