Are you a seasoned CNC Programmer with a passion for precision and a knack for problem-solving? We are currently seeking a Permanent Senior CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to play a pivotal role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the highest quality and efficiency in our production line.

• Developing, testing, and optimizing CNC programs to control machining or processing of metal or plastic parts on automatic machine tools, equipment, or machine centers.
• Collaborating with design engineers and machinists to create and modify custom parts to fit unique client specifications.
• Utilizing AutoCAD software to design and implement programming changes, ensuring the highest level of precision and accuracy.
• Conducting regular machine inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during the production process.
• Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production quality, efficiency, and safety.
• Training and mentoring junior CNC programmers and operators, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
• Ensuring strict adherence to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Programmer, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent CAD software, with a strong understanding of machine shop mathematics, including geometry and trigonometry.
• Extensive knowledge of CNC programming languages, machine tooling, and operation procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and drawings.
• Proven problem-solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all tasks.
• A degree or certificate in CNC programming, mechanical engineering, or a related field is preferred.
