A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Manufacturing Technician.

• The Manufacturing Technician (Laser Assembly Technician) focuses on Laser Transmitter manufacturing and operates within a cleanroom environment.
• Installs, aligns, and operates laser transmitters and components.
• Assists in build techniques to ensure successful product output from the cleanroom and laser operations area.
• Develops techniques and procedures for building lasers.
• Assembles and tests optical, mechanical, and electrical subassemblies.
• Completes optical bonding, cleaning, and inspection of laser units with high attention to detail.
• Builds wiring harness, sells and performs PCB assembly of electrical and electrooptical subassemblies.
• Identifies problems, resolves issues, and recommends improvements in yield.
• Ensures that specified quality standards are met for all tasks.
• Demonstrates ethical and professional behavior and maintains compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Follows established processes to complete tasks.

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• 3+ years contributing to a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Can be engaged on a W-2 basis.

Pay Range: $24-$25 per hour (based on education, experience, location, duties, certifications, etc.)
