A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Manufacturing Technician.
Responsibilities- The Manufacturing Technician (Laser Assembly Technician) focuses on Laser Transmitter manufacturing and operates within a cleanroom environment.
- Installs, aligns, and operates laser transmitters and components.
- Assists in build techniques to ensure successful product output from the cleanroom and laser operations area.
- Develops techniques and procedures for building lasers.
- Assembles and tests optical, mechanical, and electrical subassemblies.
- Completes optical bonding, cleaning, and inspection of laser units with high attention to detail.
- Builds wiring harness, sells and performs PCB assembly of electrical and electrooptical subassemblies.
- Identifies problems, resolves issues, and recommends improvements in yield.
- Ensures that specified quality standards are met for all tasks.
- Demonstrates ethical and professional behavior and maintains compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Follows established processes to complete tasks.
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior relevant experience.
- 3+ years contributing to a manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Can be engaged on a W-2 basis.

Pay Range and BenefitsPay Range: $24-$25 per hour (based on education, experience, location, duties, certifications, etc.)
