General Laborer –

Job Responsibilities:

• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely.
• Clean and prepare job sites (construction, warehouse, factory, etc.).
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople.
• Perform basic repairs, maintenance, or assembly tasks.
• Move materials to and from work areas.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow company safety procedures and wear required protective equipment.
• Assist team members with various manual tasks as needed.
• Dispose of waste materials properly.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not always required).
• Ability to lift heavy objects (often 50 pounds or more).
• Good physical stamina and strength.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions (if working outdoors).
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to pass background check or drug screening if required.
