Extrusion Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

Perform semiskilled work operating a variety of extrusion equipment. Operations include setting up machine base on production orders, maintaining production quality, obtaining samples for quality control, labeling, and packing finished products.

• Check operating controls and safety of equipment prior to operation.
• Perform the duty of setting up machine base on production orders.
• Monitor material quality for any defects and adjust machine parameters as needed.
• Label and pack finished products as it is produced on the machine per work order instructions.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company policies.
• Must comply with OHSA safety standards when performing job duties.
• Must be able to wear respirator to perform machine setup.
• Must be able to understand and carry out routine oral and written instructions.
• Must be able to maintain effective working relationships with other co‑workers.
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor.

High school diploma or equivalent work experience.

2nd (3:00 PM to 11:30 PM)
