Production Operator - Huntington

Position: Production Operator - Huntington Beach
Adecco is looking for a reliable and motivated Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on, fast‑paced role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, operating machinery, and contributing to a strong team environment. This is a temp to hire position located in Huntington Beach, CA. Multiple shifts are available, starting with a pay range from $20.00 - $23.00 hr. depending on shift and experience.

Key Responsibilities as a Production Operator:

+ Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.

+ Use basic power tools and mechanical skills to complete daily tasks.

+ Follow production processes and meet performance expectations.

+ Work collaboratively with team members to maintain workflow.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.

+ Assist with general labor duties as needed.

What We're Looking For:

+ Strong attendance and reliability

+ Experience in manufacturing, construction, carpentry, or other physical labor roles

+ Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.

+ Fast learner with patience and willingness to follow instructions.

+ Basic power tool and mechanical abilities

+ Basic Microsoft Office skills (preferred)

Physical Requirements

+ Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

+ Comfortable working with tools and machinery

+ Ability to lift up to 50lbs, as needed.

** Pay Details:**  $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
