Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager drives the creation and execution of marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, generate demand, and engage priority audiences. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution, someone equally comfortable crafting campaigns, writing compelling copy, designing visuals, and analyzing performance data.

The ideal candidate is a creative and detail‑oriented storyteller who can transform complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives. Working closely with the Associate Director of Marketing and cross‑functional teams, the Marketing Manager ensures that all content is visually compelling, on‑brand, and contributes to measurable business growth.

• Develop and execute marketing materials from start to finish, including presentation decks, press releases, one‑pagers, and campaign collateral.
• Create, post, and manage content across Linked In, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
• Design visuals, graphics, and short‑form video content that communicate Newlight’s story clearly and powerfully.
• Write clear, engaging, and brand‑consistent copy for digital, print, and media channels.
• Support public relations efforts, including media outreach and partnership coordination.
• Partner with leadership to develop impactful marketing strategies and campaigns that elevate brand awareness, generate engagement, and drive results.
• Identify and execute new opportunities for growth across audiences, channels, and content types.
• Measure campaign performance and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external teams
• Ensure message and brand consistency across all communications.
• Act as a cross‑functional connector: understanding both the strategic vision and the tactical path to achieve it.
• Ensure all marketing materials follow established QC and MOC processes with strong attention to detail.

• 4–7 years of marketing experience, ideally in sustainability, consumer goods, or technology sectors.
• Proven ability to build and execute marketing campaigns end‑to‑end.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Strong design sensibility, able to create visuals or guide creative effectively.
• Experience managing social media channels (especially Linked In and Instagram).
• Comfortable working both strategically and tactically, from big‑picture thinking to hands‑on creation.
• Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; able to build data‑driven insights and use numbers to guide decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to translate complex concepts into clear narratives.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities without sacrificing quality.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy across all deliverables.
• Passion for sustainability and innovation.

This is a full‑time position.

This position will require working overtime as needed.
