Pediatric Nurse Practitioner​/Physician Assistant - Per Diem

Our team of highly qualified Board Certified Pediatricians and experienced Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioners deliver superior care with compassion. We believe in establishing a physician-parent partnership to ensure the best care for your child.

• Per Diem Schedule - Must have weekday availablity and be able to train 3 consecutive days (Monday-Wednesday)
• Option to work full days or half days
• Openings across Orange County
• EMR: eClinical Works
• We are solely focused on pediatric primary care
• Must have general pediatric experience as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant

Education, Licensure & Certification

• Successful completion of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
• Physician Assistants must have passed the NCCPA certification exam
• Nurse Practitioners graduating after July 1, 2006 must be board certified.
• Nurse Practitioners must be certified by the ANCC or PNCB

Licensure/Certification:

• Current, unrestricted license in the state of California
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required

Experience:

• Experience working in general pediatrics as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

The total compensation for this position located in Huntington Beach, CAis $85/hour. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Pediatric Associates offers are based on several factors including but not limited to the candidate’s education, work experience, and certifications, all of which are dependent on the requirements of the specific role.
