Primary (Must-Have):
- End-to-End Testing Assurance:
Expert-level mastery of Test Strategy, Test Planning, Traceability Matrices, and Stage Gate Assurance Frameworks. - Test Execution Management:
Advanced capability in risk identification, mitigation, and high-stakes defect resolution for complex, multi-stream programs. - Executive Governance & Communication:
Proven experience working directly with C-level IT and business executives; expert use of soft influence to align stakeholders. - Program Expertise:
Deep background in managing large-scale testing for Oracle ERP, Data & Reporting, and automation projects.

- Global Delivery Models:
Extensive experience managing onsite/offshore testing delivery teams. - Strategic Mindset:

We are seeking a senior Quality Assurance Manager with 15+ years of experience to lead the testing assurance for a complex, enterprise-wide transformation program. You will be embedded within the program, owning the end-to-end testing quality for both technical and business work streams. This role requires a strategic leader who can act as an advisor to C-level leadership, ensuring that testing processes directly contribute to the successful deployment of Oracle ERP, data architecture, and automation initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities• Define and execute the end-to-end Testing Assurance Strategy, ensuring seamless quality integration across technical and business work streams.
• Direct the Stage Gate Assurance Framework to maintain program integrity and prevent systemic quality risks.
• Manage complex test execution cycles, proactively identifying risks and driving rapid defect resolution in a high-pressure environment.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the testing program and C-level executives, providing transparent governance, status reporting, and strategic recommendations.
• Oversee the onsite/offshore delivery model to ensure quality standards are met across geographically dispersed teams.
• Align testing outcomes with program milestones, ensuring robust traceability from business requirements to production validation.
