Key Responsibilities- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing areas by sweeping, mopping, and removing trash.
- Ensure all cleaned items are properly stored in their designated places.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
- Monitor and replenish dishwashing supplies, such as soap and sanitizer.
- Perform regular checks of kitchen equipment and report any issues to the management team.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Previous experience in a dishwasher or kitchen support role is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good physical condition and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving items.
