Answer questions regarding products sold within the department and store to help customers;
Maintain knowledge of products and respond to questions with suggestions;
Offer product samples to help customers discover new items;
Inform customers of Drug GM specials and recommend items;
Review sell by dates and take appropriate action;
Label, stock and inventory department merchandise;
Report ordering/shipping discrepancies to department manager;
Display a positive attitude and stay current with ads;
Enforce safety programs and identify unsafe conditions and notify management;
Provide support and assistance through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adults
