Retail Associate – Cross Fit Store at Wodapalooza Socal

Cross Fit is bringing its merchandise directly to the community through a dynamic retail experience at Wodapalooza Socal. We are looking for motivated, fitness-savvy Retail Associates to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and represent the Cross Fit brand with enthusiasm and authenticity.

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

  Hours:
  
  8-hour shift daily, 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
• Compensation: $200 daily rate

  Huntington Beach Pier - 405 Pacific Coast Highway, Huntington Beach, CA 92648

Must be fully available from September 24th
- September 27th.

• Welcome and engage guests with enthusiasm and brand pride
• Assist customers in selecting products based on their preferences, goals, and needs
• Educate customers on product features, usage, and benefits
• Support event setup, breakdown, and daily merchandise restocking
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays
• Serve as a positive and energetic ambassador of the Cross Fit brand and community

• Retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods (8 hours)
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs
• Passion for fitness, wellness, and healthy living
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude

• Official Cross Fit apparel will be provided for use during scheduled shifts (no footwear)
• Lunch will be provided during scheduled shifts
• Cross Fit will not provide travel or hotel accommodations
