As our VIP Salesperson
, you’re one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Honda, Huntington Beach
. You’re responsible for creating a super Norm Reeves Honda experience for all of our guests and using your communication skills to identify needs and offer trade in solutions to our service department guests.
Your work will ensure our guests leave 100% satisfied with their Norm Reeves Honda experience. This role is a great way for a dedicated and outgoing person to kick start your sales career with us!
What You’ll Do- Greet and offer assistance to customers who enter the service department drive
- Communicate empathetically with guests about their vehicle needs
- Offer solutions and trade in options to our service guests
- Follow up on warm leads using the lease-end CRM tool
- Full time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old.
- A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Creative, positive, team player attitude.
- Ability to analyze situations and make win-win business decisions.
- Honesty, empathy, and exceptional communication skills.
