High-volume Hyundai store with access to 350 vehicles to sell.

What You'll DoEnsure vehicles sales are attained by holding team of Sales Representatives accountable to weekly and monthly goals.

Participate in sales staff Training and Development.

Ensure sales team is following standard sales process from start to finish.

Assist customers through the sales process as needed.

Track customers using store specific management system/s.Keep up to date with Hyundai products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses.

You'll report to the Sales Desk Manager and receive coaching to accomplish sales goals.

What You'll Bring2+ years of experience in automotive sales.
2+ years of experience in a customer service role.

Previous experience working at an automotive dealership.

Previous experience leading a team.

Previous experience using a CRM.Strong written & vocal communication skills.

Excellent time management skills

Working knowledge of computers.

Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Total Rewards The annual estimated earning range for this position is $79,700 - $195,000.This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes team payable gross, team units sold and manufacturer approvability.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
