Provide customer service to clients, tenants, visitors, and/or shoppers while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of common areas, parking areas, entrances, storefronts, and the surrounding perimeter to identify and report unusual activity or potential concerns.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations calmly following site-specific protocols.;
Assist with access control, visitor inquiries, directions, and traffic/parking-related concerns as assigned.;
Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity accurately and communicate information to site contacts and leadership.
