Wind-blown embers are one of the biggest causes of homes lost to wildfire, and our patented vent designs are built to keep them out. With wildfire risk rising across California and beyond, demand for what we do has never been greater.

And as part of the international Tenmat Group of passive fire protection companies, we combine the agility of a focused US business with the backing of a global fire protection leader. We're now looking for a Fractional Financial Controller to take ownership of our US financial reporting, inventory accounting, and planning on a consulting basis - and play a real part in that growth story.

What you'll deliver:

• Monthly management accounts and month-end close
• Inventory valuation, costing and variance analysis
• Budgets, forecasts and KPI reporting
• Cash flow and working capital monitoring
• Audit support and process improvement recommendations

What we're looking for:

• CPA preferred
• 7+ years in manufacturing or distribution finance
• Strong inventory and cost accounting expertise
• Confident with ERP systems and advanced Excel
• Self-directed - you manage your own schedule and deliver to agreed deadlines
