Es Ring Management is seeking a Lead Maintenance Tech III to oversee all property maintenance at our Culver City community. The role focuses on asset preservation, safety, and timely repairs, driving NOI and resident satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has 3 years of apartment maintenance experience (or 4+ years in related fields), strong skills across plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, carpentry, and life safety systems, plus familiarity with Yardi and Excel.
