School Custodian

DDI's School Custodian is responsible for the general cleaning duties throughout their assigned building. DDI offers competetive beneifts, and ample paid time off.

Pay Range: $16.32 -$19.58 / hour

• General cleaning duties throughout assigned building(s)
• Operate stripping and buffing machinery and other cleaning machinery as assigned
• Set up and take down for facility events
• Must be available to stay late, come in early or work weekends for occasional projects or agency events as assigned
• Change light bulbs
• Move furniture
• Rearrange offices and classrooms as needed

• Have ability to perform general cleaning duties
• NYS driver license and approved to drive DDI vehicles
• Life and carry minimum of 30 lbs. For 20 feet
• Stand on minimum 6 ft. ladder
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
