The Packaging Support team member is responsible for efficiently packaging product inventory while maintaining quality and safety standards. This role counts, labels, assembles, bags, and boxes a variety of items into final product packaging, performs basic visual inspections, and reports any product or equipment issues or quantity/quality discrepancies to supervisors. The Packaging Support team member also helps keep the work area clean, organized, and safe, and works collaboratively with others in a fast‑paced environment.

• Packaging product inventory in an efficient and effective manner
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work area for yourself and other employees
• Perform basic visual quality inspections on products
• Maintain high‑quality standards during shifts including constant QA/QC of all products being prepped and produced
• Ability to work well with others in high‑pressure situations with a sense of urgency
• Effectively communicate information and respond to questions/suggestions from various levels within the company
• Report any product or production equipment that appears damaged, spoiled, broken, unusable, or unsatisfactory in any way to supervisors
• Communicate discrepancies in quantities or quality of product
• Perform other related duties and tasks when requested by supervisors

• At least 6 months of related experience and/or training in a production or packaging environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must have experience working with a high sense of urgency, preferably in a fast‑paced work environment

  Microsoft suite (core applications), Google, Slack, experience in Jira and/or other management platforms and software preferred

  Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written

  Possess basic mathematical skills; addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
• Travel Requirements:
  Occasional travel required between buildings and sites
• Ability to maintain and manage confidential information
• State regulations require all applicants must be 19 years of age or older
• Work Safe, Serv Safe or Food Handler’s Card preferred
• Will be required to submit to a background check
• Must obtain all applicable state‑required permits, licenses, and certifications

As a non‑exempt employee, you'll receive a competitive hourly wage of $21.00–25.30/hr. paid biweekly, 11 paid holidays, 80 hours of PTO, 401K, and fully paid health, dental and vision insurance.
