Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

Apex Rehabilitation & Care Center is seeking a passionate and hard‑working RN Supervisor to join our team. You will work 12‑hour shifts for supervision on weekends in a long‑term care facility. LTC experience is required.

• Guide and direct the activities of certified nursing assistants and LPNs.
• Review and modify care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Attend care planning and discharge planning reviews.
• Provide patient and family education.
• Administer medications, perform treatments and special tests, and document treatments in accordance with company policy and applicable rules.
• Respond to patient care emergencies.
• Carry out care plans that establish resident priorities and anticipated outcomes.
• Implement physicians’ orders, start IVs, and perform procedures as required.
• Perform required assessments and interventions according to guidelines, policies, and DOH standards.

• Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BSN preferred; associate’s degree accepted with experience in LTC.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
