Responsibilities
  • Work closely with engineers to support their administrative needs, including:
  • Compiling and delivering job packets to production in a timely manner
  • Printing engineering drawings
  • Assist engineers by detailing drawings, preparing manuals, and parts lists
  • Enter and create part numbers in Syteline (ERP system)
  • Maintain and document various engineering processes (open/closing jobs, ECO documentation, action items, red lines, etc.)
  • Manage company fleet vehicles
  • Support various other office administrative tasks and special projects as required

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; two‑year college degree or associate degree preferred, or five years of office administration or related experience and/or training; equivalent combinations of education and experience are also acceptable
  • Strong organizational, listening, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple web‑based platforms and using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
  • Ability to follow procedures and utilize an ERP system effectively
  • Team player with strong multitasking capabilities
  • Ability to prioritize work in a fast‑paced environment with shifting daily priorities
