Maintenance Technician – Part‑time (up to 24 hrs/week)

Location: Park Lofts – 59‑unit Senior Community (55+) in Huntington, IN.

Pay: $20.00/hr – $21.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience).

Key facts: 1+ year experience; part‑time with on‑call emergency support; technology‑enabled work orders via a mobile app; stay connected with a stipend for personal smartphone usage.

• Provide outstanding customer service to all current and future residents.
• Complete resident work orders on a timely basis (24‑48 hour expectation).
• Maintain broad knowledge of general maintenance: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Assist with court‑ordered “set‑outs” when necessary.
• Perform unit turnover between residents per company standards (3‑5 days).
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal.
• Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• Be responsive to on‑call emergencies.

• 1+ years of related experience.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• HVAC training and certification preferred.
• Commitment to regular attendance (may include weekend and OT hours).
• Ability to be “on‑call” for emergencies.
• Ability to receive, manage, and close work orders using a smartphone application.
