Manufacturing Supervisor (Production Supervisor) Contract Duration: 06 Months but there is a likelihood of permanent hire if the shift produces well.
Work Schedule:
Shift: 2nd. Monday-Thursday 3:30 pm - 12:30am and Friday 12:30 pm-6:30 pm with rotation-based support of about 1 Saturday per month from 6:30am-12:30pm

Huntington, Indiana 46750 OVERVIEW OF ROLE:
The plant manager is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Supervisor to join our Huntington, IN team and play a pivotal role in achieving production schedules aligned with cost, quality, and lead time objectives. This person would lead the 2nd shift operation which will be a new shift the plant is starting up. This person will train and work first shift for several weeks to learn.
Then the person will begin leading the 2nd shift startup.
