Team Member, Retail

As a Team Member, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining the quality and efficiency of our wash operations. This hands‑on role includes guiding vehicles into the wash tunnel, owning membership activities, and upholding cleanliness and safety standards to provide our customers with a top‑tier experience.

• Welcome Station and Sales Performance: Provide excellent customer service and a friendly, professional attitude; support sales and membership growth through consistent processes; assist with member sign‑ups, changes, and account management; follow company policies related to pricing and discounts.
• Wash Station Service: Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized wash area; assist with vehicle preparation; operate wash equipment safely and efficiently; communicate effectively with team members and management regarding operational issues.
• Convenience Station: Engage with customers professionally to ensure a positive experience and encourage Google reviews; manage member accounts, including cancellations, plan changes, and overall member experience (CX); stock and organize detail centers; empty trash cans; maintain vacuum stations; perform general site upkeep.
• General Duties: Maintain professional conduct and adhere to uniform standards; perform opening and closing duties; clean and maintain the tunnel; prepare towels and other materials to support daily operations.

$9.20 – $14.00 per hour.
