Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Residential Remodeling professional for a full-time opportunity in Andrews, IN.

We are looking for someone with actual hands-on experience installing siding and windows on residential homes
. Candidates should have previous experience working for a home improvement company, remodeling contractor, or residential builder
.

• Install siding on residential homes
• Install and replace residential windows
• Perform proper flashing, sealing, and weatherproofing
• Measure, cut, and install materials accurately
• Assist with various residential remodeling and construction projects
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Complete work according to quality and project standards

• Hands-on residential siding installation experience is required
• Hands-on residential window installation experience is required
• Previous experience with a home improvement company, remodeling contractor, or residential builder
• Knowledge of residential construction and remodeling
• Ability to read and follow project instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Reliable and dependable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have dependable transportation

Starting Pay: $16/hour, based on experience and skill level.

Candidates with extensive siding, window, and residential remodeling experience may qualify for a higher starting wage.
