The Delivery Driver provides safe, timely, and courteous delivery of Domino’s Pizza and related items. Drivers are responsible for operating company vehicles, ensuring accuracy of orders, and representing the brand with professionalism.

• Navigate delivery routes and read maps or GPS to locate addresses within the assigned area.
• Operate all delivery equipment and maintain vehicle in safe working order.
• Load, unload, and transport pizza, beverages, ingredients, and supplies, including handling cases up to 50 pounds.
• Prepare and assemble pizza orders in the store, including monitoring quality and ensuring proper packaging.
• Process customer orders accurately over the phone and in person, using computer keyboards or touch screens.
• Handle monetary transactions, give correct change, and process sales receipts.
• Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers, providing accurate information and friendly service.
• Adhere to all safety policies while operating the vehicle and performing physical tasks such as walking, climbing stairs, and carrying loads.
• Follow all company protocols regarding food safety, sanitation, and customer confidentiality.

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record that meets Domino’s standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Strong navigational skills and the ability to read maps and GPS directions.
• Basic math skills for calculating totals and making change.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Good verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Flexibility to travel within varied weather conditions.

• Frequent walking, standing, and light to moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds).
• Ability to navigate outdoor and indoor environments, including stairs, sidewalks, and multi‑story building access.
• Exposure to varying temperatures, food odors, and occasional dust from cornmeal.
• Capacity to carry pizza trays, beverage cases, and kitchen supplies while maintaining balance.

• Deliver pizza and merchandise directly to customer addresses.
• Distribute flyers and door hangers as part of marketing efforts.
