Perform 12-lead EKGs and identify/report abnormalities;
Collect blood samples via venipuncture/skin puncture;
Measure and record vital signs; monitor intake/output;
Assist patients with ADLs, hygiene, feeding, and basic respiratory support;
Document accurately and timely in the electronic medical record and report observations to charge nurse
