Position: Huntington LC CNA - FT D/N
Carenest Health - 369 East Main Street - Responsibilities:
Provide direct and indirect designated resident care within the scope of practice as defined by the certification;
Meet residents' ADL needs and follow plan of care with proper documentation;
Maintain resident safety and a clean, safe environment on the unit;
Assist with nutritional needs including meal delivery and feeding as outlined in the plan of care;
Communicate changes in residents' status to Charge Nurse/Supervising Nurse and document per protocol
