Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and escalation procedures.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned interior and exterior areas, including business operations spaces, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report unusual activity or policy concerns to appropriate site contacts.;
Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required activity logs for incidents, patrols, and security-related observations.
