Preparation and posting of accrual based journal entries to record assets, liabilities, and revenue/expense restatements for the financial statements in the University accounting system (Banner). Process payments between University departments and/or other State agencies. Reconciling purchase card transactions and cash balances in the University and State accounting systems.
Qualifications- Must be able to perform all essential job duties as outlined in the job description.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree (Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration). - Experience:
One year related work experience (Preferred: Three plus years of accounting experience).
Salary Range: $52,105 - $67,736. Salary is commensurate with education, experience, and internal equity.
