Temp Accounts Receivable and Payroll Clerk

Manpower is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable  
** Accounts Receivable & Payroll Clerk
** for a temporary assignment with a reputable client in Huntington, WV. This is a great opportunity for someone with  
** A/R and payroll experience
** who is looking to contribute to a supportive and professional office environment.

** Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

** Pay Rate:**  $18.00/hour

* Key Responsibilities:

* + Process and post incoming payments; apply payments to customer accounts

+ Generate invoices and assist with tracking outstanding balances

+ Follow up on past-due accounts and support customer communications

+ Process payroll, ensuring accurate wages, hours, and deductions

+ Maintain accurate financial and payroll records

+ Support general office tasks as needed

** Requirements:*
* + Previous experience in  
** accounts receivable and/or payroll
** preferred

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

+ Ability to pass a pre-employment  
** background check

** drug screen*
