• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts on an ongoing basis
• Manage fixed assets within the system and generate depreciation reports for posting and account reconciliation
• Record routine and non‑standard journal entries with supporting documentation on a daily, monthly, and annual basis under accrual accounting standards
• Complete the month‑end inventory valuation process
• Conduct month‑end analytical review procedures to ensure accurate recording and proper classification
• Audit routine physical inventory counts three to four times per year
• Serve as a backup reviewer for purchase orders and supplier invoices, ensuring proper documentation matching prior to disbursement processing
• Cross‑train in other accounting functions to support the broader team
• Assist in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP
• Take on special projects as assigned by leadership

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA or actively pursuing CPA licensure
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment and/or public accounting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems
• Background in fixed asset management or inventory valuation within a manufacturing setting
• Public accounting experience alongside industry experience
