Manpower is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Clerk for a long term temporary assignment with a reputable client in Huntington, WV. This is a great opportunity for someone with A/P experience who is looking to contribute to a supportive and professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities- Process invoices and match with purchase orders
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with vendor communications and payment tracking
- General office tasks such as scanning and filing etc.
- Previous experience in accounts payable.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
